My files will not download.
We have a system in place that automatically serves your files after the order process is complete. If this doesn’t happen, check your email for an order confirmation with a download link. You can also always access any previous orders via your downloads page in your Account.
If this link consistently does not work please email us and we’ll forward the files to you directly.
My files have downloaded, but appear to be corrupted.
Although rare, this can sometimes happen and is usually the result of all those 0’s and 1’s getting confused in the transfer. You can usually fix this by deleting the corrupted files and downloading a fresh .zip archive. You can also try downloading via a different browser or computer. If the problem persists please email us and I’ll forward the files to you directly.
I don’t have the latest Adobe software, will the artwork still work?
The majority of our products include versions of the artwork back-compatible with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator CS1 and above. While back-compatible artwork may have subtle differences in effects and presets, they should work without issue. After Effects templates and animation presets may have specific requirements. Please check the product listing for more details. If you require an item in a specific file format please email us and we’ll do all we can to help.
My payment is still pending. When can I access my files?
Some payment providers such as PayPal occasionally delay payments for review and security checks. This pending status means you will not be able to access files immediately. Please be patient while this review process completes. Once complete, you will be notified by email and your files will become available. Tips to avoid this happening include; using a credit card for payments instead of debit cards, checking your full address is correct, or using a pre-paid PayPal credit balance.
Can I get a Refund?
Once a product has been downloaded we don’t typically offer refunds. If you’re having problems with one of our products please email us and we’ll be happy to help. Minimum software requirements are Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator versions CS1 and above. Please check that you have access to these programs before you make your purchase.
I’m not sure that I hold a valid product license. How can I check this?
The easiest way to ensure that you hold a valid product licence for your purchases is to buy directly from this website or from one of the authorised sellers listed below. A purchase receipt from any of these sites (usually found in your account) can act as your product license.
Please avoid any websites not listed as an Authorised Seller as these may be spam or phishing sites that may leave you vulnerable and invalidate any license. For the best experience always buy directly from us. You can report suspicious or illegal sellers at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Can I use your products to feed A.I. engines such as Mid-Journey?
Sorry, I do not allow for this as a general rule at the moment, but will look at introducing this option in the near future.
